"Michelle deserves more than just 5 stars - she is priceless. We moved from CA to Billings and on our first trip out we saw 25 homes in 4 days. She was organized, thoughtful, honest and with an eye to detail. Her negotiation skills are top of the top. She made our purchase of our new home seamless-and all this long distance as we were still in process of selling our CA home. She has kept in contact with us to make sure we are doing okay and as she says, she is not just our realtor but our friend as well. We were referred to her from someone in the gift shop at hotel we were staying. Best referral ever! "After a few of lifes curve balls I thought owning my own home again was a little out of reach. Michelle was patient and answered all of my questions and guided me through what I would need to do. After looking at emails of homes for almost a year Michelle took my family to look at some houses. I was away at work when my family informed me one of the houses they looked at was perfect for our family. Me still being reluctant put in an application for approval to a lender Michelle had also found for me. The next thing I know I'm buying a home that I myself haven't even seen yet. Michelle kept me informed of everything and I trusted her every step of the way. December 12 2016 our dream came true as we received the keys to our new house! Michelle is professional, compassionate and timely in everything from start to finish. I myself thought the whole experience would be a nightmare. I was wrong. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. I can't thank Michelle enough for all the hard work she did getting me and my family into our house."

"*** WE'VE BECOME FRIENDS FOR LIFE ***After attending a few open houses, with less than welcoming hosts, we arrived at one where Michelle was the host. She was very welcoming and allowed us to view the home without making us feel like we were there to steal something or that the home was one we couldn't afford (without even knowing our financial position). Michelle was very knowledgeable of the home and the community. She simply asked us if we were working with a Realtor, and when we told her we weren't, she offered her assistance. She took time to ask us what we were looking for, areas of interest, price ranges, and she IMMEDIATELY went to work looking for houses for us. Within hours, Michelle had a list of potential properties. She and her daughter Kelsey worked together on our time frame and travel schedule (we live 150 miles from Billings) to show us houses. Once we went through a handful of houses, and they were able to better understand our needs and expectations of what we could/couldn't live with, they then pre-viewed NUMEROUS houses on our behalf before scheduling a walk-thru tour with us. This helped us maximize our limited time. We put a competitive appraisal offer in on a favorite property, though it was not accepted by the selling realtor (and remains on the market today). Michelle was very confident in the offer and the comps in the area. She is a very competent and knowledgeable negotiator. We entered a contract on our new house, and honestly, we couldn't have done it all without Michelle and Kelsey. All of our paperwork and agreements were signed online, which made it so much more convenient for us. Because we are not local, Michelle represented us through so many of the processes (appraisals, inspections, repair steps, and numerous other negotiations). Again, Michelle's knowledge and negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH. Michelle and Kelsey are REAL people, with REAL understand and expectations. They are HARD-WORKING, UNPRETENTIOUS, and DEDICATED to their customers needs. We were beyond BLESSED to have worked with them and they are the ONLY REALtors we would recommend in the STATE!!! We WILL be using them again and again!!"
